About Us
We are a family who has been blessed by the Almighty with many of life’s better things.
Our family values highlight the importance of contributing to and sharing with others in our community, particularly those who may suffer from one disadvantage or another.
We wish to put something back into the communities from where our family has originated.
To this end, we have established the Chhokar Foundation, a registered charity based in the United Kingdom.
We neither solicit nor accept donations from the public. All our work is funded by our family members from their
own resources.
Guru Da Bagicha is one such initiative. It is a humble effort to create a green, peaceful and useful community space in Jalandhar.
